I have not received my Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card on time

The Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card is available only to residents of the United States of America, including all 50 states and territories.

You should receive your Skrill Card within 10 business days of the successful processing of your application.

We can cancel your undelivered card upon your request so you can apply for a new one. Note that this action is irreversible. If you receive the canceled plastic with delay, you will not be able to activate it.
