Which deposit options does Skrill support?

The best place to check what deposit options are available to you is the Deposit section of your Skrill account or our Fees page.

1. Bank deposits/ ACH

Our banking network enables you to make local bank transfers without incurring cross-border charges. Bank transfers must originate from a bank account held in your name. Bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Direct Bank Deposits ACH allows you to deposit funds to your Skrill account using your online banking.

2. Credit/debit card deposits

Card deposits are easy and instant. Note that you can only use a card, registered in your name. Also, once a certain limit is reached, you will need to verify your card.

Supported card types are Visa and Mastercard®. Virtual and prepaid cards cannot be used for deposits.

3. paysafecard/ Paysafecash

Paysafecash is a prepaid service that allows you to deposit by paying cash at a point of sale using Paysafecash generated barcodes. You don't need a credit/ debit card or a bank account to use this option. Pay cash at the closest store.

paysafecard is a prepaid type payment service that allows you to deposit funds by purchasing a voucher in advance.
