Verification allows us to do more for you, such as increasing or even removing the transaction limits applied to your account.

Due to U.S. tax law, we must confirm your tax details and keep them up to date. To be compliant with IRS requirements and continue providing our services to you, you will be asked to confirm your personal data, including your Social Security Number, as part of our verification process.

To verify your identity, we would usually require documentation, such as a picture of your ID and face and/or a proof of your address.

Note: Additional documents may be requested if any details have been changed or if there are any discrepancies between your registration details and the documents you have provided.
