How do I withdraw funds to my bank account?

Withdrawing funds to your bank account is quick and easy.

1. Click on the 'Withdraw' button of the main 'My account' screen.

2. Select 'Bank Transfer' as withdrawal method and choose a bank account. If it is your first time withdrawing, and you have not registered a bank account yet, an 'Add Bank Account' link will be displayed to allow you to submit your bank details.
3. Enter the amount to be withdrawn. Your available balance should cover the processing fee.

The processing fee is 5.50 EUR. In case there is a need for currency conversion, a 3.99% fee on top of the wholesale exchange rate applies.

The general processing time is 2 - 5 business days.

For majority of the countries, the requested banking details are IBAN, and SWIFT code. However, there are some minor differences in some countries banking systems. Below you could find examples of how to fill in your banking details in case you live in one of the following countries:


Bank sort code refers to Bank State Branch (BSB)


Bank sort code refers to Routing Number. The format is as follows: 0YYYXXXXX where YYY is the institution number, and XXXXX is transit number.

Czech Republic

Bank account number field requires 16 digits, separated with a dash. As most Czech bank account numbers have less than 16 digits (normally 9-10), please enter as many zeros (0) as necessary to fill out all 16 spaces from the left to right side of the field.


In the Bank Sort Code field, please fill in the Clearing Number.
