I instructed a bank transfer to Skrill, but I have not yet received the funds into my Skrill account. What should I do?

Bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Depending on the circumstances, it can sometimes take a little longer than expected for the funds to reach Skrill.

If more than five business days have passed and the transaction still hasn't appeared in your Skrill account, please send us a copy of the bank statement or the payment order slip showing the following details:

  • Your name as account holder.
  • Your bank account details.
  • The details of the transfer (date, amount and currency).
  • Beneficiary details (bank name, bank account number, beneficiary name).
  • The reference used.
