Can I add funds to my Skrill account using somebody else's card or bank account?

Deposits into your Skrill account will only be accepted if the credit card or bank account used to top up your account is in your name, therefore you cannot directly add funds to your Skrill account using somebody else's card or bank account. Company/business cards and bank accounts are considered as third party payment instrument; therefore, you cannot use it in order to upload funds into your Skrill account.

To make a deposit into your account, the sender simply needs to register for a Skrill account, deposit funds and then send them directly to you using the email address registered with your Skrill account.

You cannot receive cash or bank wire deposits from third parties into your Skrill account due to anti-money laundering regulations, and we reserve the right to apply any necessary administrative measures to prevent them. In addition, deposits cannot be made using credit or debit cards that are not registered in your name.
