How do I deposit by mobile using Boku?

If you are a verified customer and you are residing in Norway, Sweden*, Switzerland and/or the United Kingdom, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Deposit section on My Account and select “Boku – pay by mobile”.
  2. Next you will be asked to add the deposit amount and your mobile number. Please note that the deposit amount should be a whole number (e.g. 10), otherwise “an invalid amount” error message will be displayed. 
  3. You will be redirected to Boku and a text message (SMS) containing a PIN code will be sent to the phone number you provided in the first step. To confirm the deposit, you will be instructed to reply with “Y” to the SMS within 24 hours. 
  4. Once the deposit is confirmed, the transaction is successfully completed. 

Please be aware that funds deposited via BOKU are available only for transfers to merchant sites. These funds cannot be withdrawn via the Skrill card, used for point of sale purchases or transferred to other customers.

 

*Customers from Sweden must have an account with WyWallet in order to deposit with Boku.
