I am having problems withdrawing funds to my bank account

Bank withdrawals can only be made to a bank account in your name.

When filling your banking information, you will be required to select your country from the drop-down menu, then enter your bank account, number, SWIFT and Bank Sort Code.

This information may vary depending on your country of residence (e.g. bank accounts in Europe have IBAN, whereas banking in India requires an IFSC code).

If you are unsure how to fill in the required fields, please contact your bank. Entering incorrect information may result in delayed or declined transactions, and/ or unwanted charges.

If you are having difficulties, please check whether:

  • You have submitted the details correctly.
  • Your bank is directly connected to the SWIFT network.
  • There are no restrictions applied to your Skrill account.
  • Your limits are sufficient to execute this transaction.
  • There are no restrictions applied to your bank account.

If an attempted withdrawal fails, more information will be displayed in your account when you next attempt a withdrawal. Please follow any instructions given to resolve any issue(s) that might have occurred, and check that you have provided sufficient details so that we can reattempt your withdrawal.
