My transaction appears as processed but the recipient has not received the amount

Generally, if a transaction appears as complete at your end, the recipient has received the amount. That's because payments of this type are instant.

One thing that can cause confusion is that you may have sent money to a customer's Skrill Digital Wallet,but they are expecting it to appear in their bank account. If this is the case, the recipient should log in and instruct a withdrawal to their bank account directly.

Alternatively, a merchant may have received the funds but they don't recognise them as having come from you. To prevent similar issues, we recommend that the email address you register with us is the same one that you use with merchants.
