When uploading funds with a credit/debit card, you will be asked to choose the purpose of use for the deposited funds.The two options to choose from are gambling (skill gaming, wagering, fantasy games, sports betting, etc.) and non-gambling (shopping, etc.) purpose of use.

Funds deposited for gambling purposes can be used for all types of payments with the Skrill wallet, including transfers to gaming merchants.

Funds deposited with the non-gambling purpose of use can be used for all types of payments with the Skrill wallet or Skrill card, except transfers to gambling merchants.

Note: Non-gambling funds cannot be used for gambling merchants. Once funds are deposited, their purpose of use cannot be changed.

Can I use my Visa® card for gambling transactions?
