A transaction in my account has been cancelled. Why?

From time to time we may need to modify the status of a payment.

A possible reason for cancelling a payment may be the fact that it has not been correctly executed. If we identify a problem with a transaction, we may cancel it.

We never cancel a transaction without informing you, so please check your inbox for any emails from Skrill.
