Why have I received an email from ‘Member Verification’?

If you have received an email from this team, you may have been asked questions about how you use your Skrill digital wallet and also asked to complete a number of different verifications.

Skrill Limited, as an FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulated non-banking financial institution, are obligated to complete certain verifications on their customers and their transactions.

The type of verifications required are dependent on a number of different factors e.g. where the transaction is from or to, the type of product used, the amount that is transacted, the volume of transactions etc.

If you have any problems completing the verifications please reply to the request and the Member Verification Team will help explain to you what is required and how to best complete the request.

Skrill will never contact you to ask for your personal information, account password or payment details. We will never ask you to enter your password unless you are on our login page. If you receive a suspicious email, please get in touch with us by clicking on the available contact channel below, and do not respond or click any links.
