I can't verify my email. What should I do?

Your email address is central to the whole Skrill experience, so it’s important that the email you have registered with Skrill is active and accessible to you.

If you’re having trouble verifying your email address, check the following:

  • Check your spam filters to make sure our confirmation email has not landed in your Spam inbox.
  • Make sure you're using a valid email address format.
  • Double-check the spelling of the email address you have submitted.
  • Add the Skrill domain as a trusted sender domain in your email client.

If you've tried all of these steps and you still haven't been able to verify your email address, we may need to ask you for a different email address.

If a change of email address is required, you may be asked to confirm your identity first.

To submit your request for change of primary email address, simply send us your identification document from your registered email address and make sure to mention your new email address in your message.
